Shell and Artwork Dimensions

  • As standard, our SODEM shell stands are built to an overall height of 2400mm.
  • We allow exhibitors to build to a height of 2400mm within their standard allocated stand.
  • If exhibitors wish to exceed 2400mm we ask them to contact us for approval to make sure there are no light fittings, suspended ceilings etc to restrict this.
  • Artwork dimensions are calculated for those exhibitors wishing to print graphics which fit on the panels and so 'Velcro acceptable' polyweave dimensions are provided. These represent the area between the poles on either side and beams top and bottom.
      • Quoted dimensions allow for a margin all around the graphic for tolerance when the shell is erected.
  • For a standard 2400mm stand, each panel has 'Velcro acceptable' polyweave dimensions of 2260mm high x 954mm wide.
  • A standard shell stand of 3m x 2m will have 7 panels in total; 3 at the back and 2 on each side. If you are on a corner then this will be reduced to 5 panels unless you have requested keeping the second side wall instead of fascia.
  • Warwick Corporate Events' shell scheme is not flush finish.
  • Strictly NO other fixings must be used other than Velcro.

Height Restricted Areas

  • Some venues have areas where standard shell height will not fit but where stands will still fit. For this eventuality, WCE have an amount of shell with overall height of 2200mm.
  • Any height restriction under 2400mm will be marked on plans as maximum build height.
  • Shell with overall height at 2200mm, each panel has 'Velcro acceptable' polyweave dimensions of 2060mm high x 954mm wide.
  • Quoted dimensions allow for a margin all around the graphic for tolerance when the shell is erected.
  • Warwick Corporate Events' shell scheme is not flush finish.
