ARTWORK FORMATS
We will accept all of the following artwork formats:

PNG, JPEG, GIF, SVG/SVGZ, EPS, AI, PDF, BMP.

We also accept Photoshop (.psd) and Illustrator (.ai) files. Please save with all layers and fonts for full reproduction of branding. Please ensure colours are converted to CMYK for Graphic Artwork finishes or include guidelines for desired colour palette.

When supplying your artwork please ensure it is high resolution, at least 300dpi and above.

The preferred format for all vector files such as EPS's should be Adobe PDF. This file type ensures a higher quality, fast artwork transit time and greater compatibility. PDF is an industry standard publishing file format. If your production artwork is not translated to vector paths, you must provide font families or specify replacement type faces.

SHELL SCHEME PANELS

For or infill and replacement panels please send VECTOR based work, eps/pdf.

MEDIA, PLAYBACK & AV

VCD, DVD, AVI, MPEG 2 & 4, DIVX, WMV, Quicktime, Real video, MP3, AAC.

Following our specifications closely and we can quickly provide proofs and meet deadlines. Please ensure all AV files are ‘unlocked’.

CAD PLANS & AMENDMENTS

We can incorporate and edit plans in the following formats: DXF, EPS & PDF.

TEXT BASED

MS Word (.doc), ODT, RTF, Plain Text & HTML – Powerpoint - JPEG, PNG, Windows Meta File.

DIGITAL PICTURES FROM CAMERAS

Digital Camera photos should be taken with an image quality above 5 Mega Pixels. Please provide us with the greatest quality of digital picture available, so we can present your images in the high quality they deserve.

PRODUCTION FEES

£35 + VAT per hour for artwork, web and Powerpoint production & editing.
£85 + VAT per hour for video editing and Watchout production & editing.

PRESENTATION SUPPORT

In all cases it is important that we know details of your presentation before an event in order that we can ensure all the appropriate equipment is available for you on the day.

MICROSOFT POWERPOINT

All presentations to be Microsoft PowerPoint XP or compatible.

Please ensure that your presentation is saved as a PowerPoint Document not a PowerPoint Movie or PowerPoint Show. The file extension should be '.ppt'

Presentations can be accepted by post on CD / DVD or ftp by arrangement sent to our Head Office address. Please ensure that all media is clearly marked with your name, organisation, event, contact details, version of PowerPoint and a note of any audio or video content.

Presentations MUST arrive at least TWO weeks in advance of event. No responsibility can be accepted for failure of presentations delivered on the event day, if these deadlines are missed.

Audio and video content of presentation to be compatible with Microsoft Media Player.

Effort should be made to ensure that the content of the slides is a reasonable distance from the edge of the slide in order to allow for tolerance in the projector setup.

Please make your best effort to ensure that all media is free from viruses.

REHEARSAL ROOMS

In some cases a rehearsal room will be provided at the event.

Prior to your actual presentation, please ensure that you visit the Rehearsal Room in order to preview and approve your presentation.

In some cases, minor alterations can be made to your presentation at this time (subject to time restrictions). Once you have rehearsed the presentation it will be delivered to the appropriate technician ready for your presentation.

It is important that all Presentations in whatever format are initially directed through the Rehearsal Room before going live in order to ensure the smooth running of the event.

AFTER SHOW

Banner/graphic panels have a number of options for storage and disposal:

  • Artwork can be collected from site free of charge by arrangement.
  • We can ship your artwork back to you within 14 days of the show via our courier. Prices depend on size and weight of artwork, prices will be based on individual requirements.
  • Collect by your preferred courier, by agreement we can arrange for your items to be collected from one of out offices.
  • Storage of your items. We can store your items annually based on 10% of the original invoice + VAT.
  • Delivery to shows will be charged at our standard rate of £20 + VAT subject ONLY to events where Warwick Corporate Events Ltd. are the main contractor and supplier.
  • Environmental disposal. We can arrange for your artwork to be responsibly disposed of for a fee of 10% + VAT based on the original invoice.
