Order for your Exhibition Stand

You can order your electrics, furniture and A/V for your exhibition stand.

Simply select your exhibition and follow the instructions.





Usage Instructions

Choose your event from the drop down menu.

Enter the password supplied in your exhibitor manual. If you don't have a password please contact events@wce.co.uk.

You will be notified of any discounts that apply to your order at the top of each order section. You must order 2 weeks prior to any event to receive a discount. Any early booking discount will be applied at the summary stage of the order process.

For each electrical item you wish to hire, select the quantity and click 'Add'. You will be notified that the item has been added to your basket, and your basket will update.

Click on 'Next Section'

Repeat the above for Furniture and A/V.

You will then be asked if you have adequate insurance to cover our equipment. Follow the instructions.

A summary of your order will now be displayed, with any early booking discount automatically applied, and VAT added at the current rate. If you are happy with your order, click 'Continue'.

Fill out your personal details as well as your stand number.

You will then be taken to our secure payment area where you can enter your card details to complete the transaction. Follow the instructions.

Once you have paid and completed your order, we will email you confirmation and a copy of your invoice.
