Presentation Support
General Information
In all cases It is important that we know details of your presentation, ie powerpoint, video, ohp, 35mm slides etc. before the event in order that we can ensure that the appropriate equipment is available for you on the day.

Microsoft PowerPoint
All presentations to be Microsoft PowerPoint XP or compatible.
Please ensure that your presentation is saved as a PowerPoint Document
NOT a PowerPoint Movie or PowerPoint Show.
The file extension should be “.PPT”
Presentations can be accepted by post on Floppy Disk or CD Rom sent to our Head Office address or by email to: presentation@wce.co.uk
Please ensure that all media is clearly marked with your name, organisation, contact details, version of PowerPoint and a note of any audio or video content.
All presentations must arrive at least 2 weeks in advance of Event. It is in your interest to provide PowerPoint presentations in advance. No responsibility can be accepted for failure of presentations delivered on the event day.
All audio and video content of presentation to be compatible with Microsoft Media Player.
Effort should be made to ensure that the content of the slides is a reasonable distance from the edge of the slide in order to allow for tolerance in the projector setup.
Please make your best effort to ensure that all media is free from viruses.
Video
Video players available are VHS (PAL and NTSC) and BETA. Any other format must be requested specifically.
35mm Slides
If available, equipment on site will be 35mm slide projector with carousel loading.
Overhead Projection
The preferred format of presentation is Microsoft PowerPoint. If your OHP slides are available to us in enough time, we will endeavour to transfer them to PowerPoint on your behalf.
Rehearsal Rooms
In some cases a rehearsal room will be provided at the event.
Prior to your actual presentation, please ensure that you visit the Rehearsal Room in order to preview and approve your presentation.
In some cases, minor alterations can be made to your presentation at this time (subject to time restrictions). Once you have rehearsed the presentation it will be delivered to the appropriate technician ready for your presentation.
It is important that all Presentations in whatever format are initially directed through the Rehearsal Room before going live in order to ensure the smooth running of the event.
